Well sometime around the end of June on a Saturday my son and I went here to have a swim. At first I was impressed the staff was very nice,and apperared to be attentive until... My son and I went to the locker room to change out of our wet swim clothes, it was from that point on it went down hill and fast. While we were in there changing I heard a door close I had no idea it was the door just outside of the locker room. So my son and I are dressed and we are attempting to leave but guess what the door was locked. My 4 year old and myself are now locked in. I was yelling as loud as I could to try and get someones attention, didnt work and I was scaring my son. I looked around for a fire alarm, there wasnt one in site. I did find a door that wasn't locked so I opened it, it had to be 10,000 degress in there, but in the corner I saw a ray of sun light coming from under the door. I was unable to open this door due to the top slide lock being rusted shut, but luckily I found a metal pole like thing that I then banged aganist the lock until it broke. It was then that my son and I were able to exit the building (FREE AT LAST). After I walked around the building and was about to get in my car I noticed the so called staff standing around outside and a few were in the lobby. So I went over to inform them of what had happened. It was so obivous they could care less. They all stood there and looked at each other, no one said a word. One of the guys acted like he would "investigate" whatever! I also told them that I had to break out of the back door and it was left open. In responce to that someone a female said "Im not going back, back there to close the door, its time for me to get off" she then proceeded to her car and drove off. I wasnt impressed with the responce I got so I then called there and spoke to some so called manager who was also going to "investigate" he took my # and said he would follow up, I have heard nothing back. I have also called the city of Hampton Parks and Rec. and once again no call back so this is my warning to all.... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE NEVER GO TO THE LOCKER ROOM, GO HOME WET!!!!!!!!!!!
