I had the best meal at Louie's Oyster Bar. The food was delicious and the service was better than any place on the Island. What a great place to have a meal with a date or celebrate with a large group. I can't wait to go back with my co workers during the holidays.

This had to have been one of the worst seafood meals I've ever eaten. This place makes Red Lobster seem like Le Bernadin. Be warned, most of the seafood is NOT fresh local from Long Island (despite the fact that they are located right on the water), it is FROZEN, dry, and overcooked. Even the clams on the half shell did not taste fresh. The place was also lacking in the cleanliness department. The dining room smelled like urine, the bathrooms were filthy, and we had to send back several drinks that were served in dirty glasses (one with a dead bug and one with lipstick on it). Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

They have a Lobster bake special on the Tuesdays thats a real good deal...two lobsters for the price of one. I'd go for the Lobster, the fish portions are a bit small.
