User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've been to Cleanwater Beach on and off for a few decades now, and it has always been THE best beach for relaxing with my buds in the hot summer sun. The water is CLEAN, the people around you chillin', and the beach volleyball pads AWESOME.
I like to take the kids out there on the less busy days to enjoy the shallow end and beach, and let them make new friends and play to their hearts content.
It's a place where families can be comfortable near the northern end of the park (the beach area), and those who are there for "a good time" can do their thing down at the "south beach" part of the park.
I would highly recommend to anyone.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe water is naturally clean. Beaches and bottom are sandy (sometimes you find a rock). The grassy areas are clean. Alcohol is allowed, no glass.
There are many rafts and a diving board, roped off shallow end and a few lifeguards. There are six or seven volleyball nets, all sandy.
And you will always see beautiful women in bikinis.
