My girlfriend and I played this course on 3/28/09 and had a great time! Honestly we had fairly low expectations but it was awesome. $9.50 greens fees per person on Saturday was very reasonable. Course is short and a Sunday bag with irons and a putter is all most men need. I lugged my whole bag since it was my first time here and wished I hadn't brought my woods or hybrids.

The holes are short and straight, but nice and wide. There are no sand traps or water hazards, so it's a great beginner course as well as a great place for a quick round. There are plenty of trees for shade and some nice obstacles.

The Pro Shop is seriously lacking, but it didn't seem like people cared too much. I noticed a little cafe with a TV playing basketball, but didn't check it out any further.

If you're looking for a great little place to enjoy some cheap golf in the Sacramento Metro area, this is it. If you don't expect too much but great golf, you'll love it too.
