My boyfriend and I eat here often. He loves getting the cajun sampler and I stick with the shrimp entree. If you're not one for spicy food I wouldn't recommend getting the shrimp. Always, always, always, GET RESERVATIONS! even with reservations we sometimes wait 5-10min to be seated. The service is good, they're very friendly. Also, if you're looking for a quick meal i wouldn't recommend this place. Oh and by the way---- dont forget to save room for the Opra Cream Cake for desert soooo good!

Cajun Food in NKY: The food is excellent. Closest thing to New Orleans you can get in Cincinnati.

J W makes a key point - remember - this is Northern KY/Cincy - I agree that the food is usually pretty solid. Not great - not truly NO quality but not bad considering where we are - better than a couple of other places in Cincy that I have heard played up as outstanding cajun/creole. You should make reservations as it is small and gets packed and the specials are often gone by 8:30 but the food is, as I said, pretty solid. The building itself is a kick - I once dropped an empty beer bottle off the table and I swear to God it rolled about 15 feet before hittin g someone's foot - I'm not kidding - wait til you see it. Oh and get good directions if you are not from around here.
