We really enjoy the food, the service was great. We like the energy that this place brings. There are kind people, and it is a place for the entire family and friends. We recomend you to check it out.
We had a horrible experience here- our server who was "in training" was incredibly slow, but the straw that broke the camel's back was when he over-charged us by about 50% (this was after bringing the wrong check and after an approximately 20 minute wait). When the manager was alerted, he handled the situation unprofessionally and ineptly. In all, we waited 45 minutes from the end of our dinner until the situation with our credit card was resolved (we hope- we still have to check with the credit card company to verify). We will never return- this branch of the restaurant is run by inexperienced staff and an extremely incapable manager.
A great group dinner place.: We had found Joe's Basement (that's the rough translation of the restaurant's name) in Denver and decided to try one around us. Closest was Gaithersburg so off we went. Food was excellent (though Denver's chain had better meatballs) and stuffed ourselves to the brim. (One of these days we will learn to order the proper amount of food for the amount of people we bring.) I love the overtly cheesy decorations and the piped in Italian standard music. If you go with a large enough group and can some how reserve it...may I suggest the Pope's table. Definitely will go back even though it is a bit of a drive from Randallstown.
