I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before in my life. We sat for over and hour waiting on our dinner to arrive. There were six adults and two very hungry children. The server continued to bring out every order that was placed at least 20 minutes after ours. When someone in our party asked if they would just box their childs dinner up when they came out, they did! About 2 minutes later. We then realized that our food had been sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We asked her about it and she told us that a mistake was made in the kitchen and some of the orders weren't made. The funny thing about the excuse is that she brought the exact same item to other tables. The server then brought out the orders. They were freezing cold. When we asked her about it, she blew us off and told us she would send her manager out. The manager was very rude, and never offered an appology, and accused us of not wanting our food. We wanted our food, we just wanted it within a reasonable time, and to be warm. This wasn't a difficult request, I would expect this at any place that served food. To top the night off, one of the persons in the party didn't pay for the appetizer that they ordered, and left with the other half of the party. When she brought me the bill she put his order on mine. I told the manager I wasn't going to pay for it and she said because he was in my party at my table that I was going to have to pay for it. I explained that the server never asked how we would like our tickets split. She said it didn't matter because it was a party of 6 or more. Needless to say, I paid for it because that's the type of person that I am. I will never return to this establishment, and will advise everyone that i know about my experience.

By far the best food we have eaten in Jacksonville. Interesting culinary choices abound, good prices, friendly waitresses. Will definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a good place for seafood.

Great place for seafood & you can bring your dog: This place was wonderful the seafood was awesome. My party & I sat outside on the patio & enjoyed the nice breeze from the ocean. I also brung along my small Pomeranian who was greeted by the nice server with a dog bowl with ice water to quench her thirst. I recommend who ever is reading this review to please check it out. You shouldnt be disappointed. Oh yeah, did I mention the food is AWESOME !!
