User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe delivery guy is an old,nasty, dirty, weird looking guy. It always seems like hes got an attitude or something to say. I called to complain, because I work hard and pay 15 dollars for a pizza and i have to put up with this crap. Hes like 50 and he delivers pizza for papa johns LOL Loser. The pizza is usually burned on the bottom or taste really bland 99% of the time. Delivery takes forever, least an hour and a half. And i dont even live that far. Then you gotta deal with lil ol troll delivery guy. If you want papa johns highly recommend that you chose another franchise or another pizza place. This ones seems to be runed by blood sucking, rude, employees.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI used to love Papa John's until they put MEAT on a VEGETARIAN pizza. I called to complain and they told me that I ordered it that way! I have not eaten meat in 12 years, so I know I did not order it that way. Not to mention the customer is always right! When I sent a complaint to the corporate offices, the response was that the local store will respond--yeah right--that never happened! All I wanted is an apology! I will never order from here again! They have too many local and national competitors in a 5 mile radius that offer good pizzanAND good customer service!!

Wow sorry to hear that, thats really absurd they would do that to you. Thats crazy that they would put meat on your pizza. What a bunch of rude minimum wage workers. Dont worry, just remember they work at papa johns. LOL How smart could they be. A monkey can do that job.
