| About: | Alas, a ribs establishment that does not boast of award winning barbecue sauce. Instead, it lets the local press lavish it with praise for being one of the best rib houses in Colorado Springs. The mood is wonderfully casual which allows one to become lathered with barbecue sauce without feeling downright silly.
