About:Alas, a ribs establishment that does not boast of award winning barbecue sauce. Instead, it lets the local press lavish it with praise for being one of the best rib houses in Colorado Springs. The mood is wonderfully casual which allows one to become lathered with barbecue sauce without feeling downright silly. Ribs, as expected, dominate the menu and include pork spare ribs, baby backs and spicy Cajun ribs. There is also a small offering of Mexican dishes.

    Loved the Ribs: Their ribs were so tasty, And they have all different types of BBQ to put on them. Along with there side dishes this place was the best place I've had BBQ ribs at a restaurant. If you are in the mood for BBQ go their!
