User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhere do I begin...I went to the grand opening.They gave out little cards where you can come once a month for a year and eat for free.While we were getting our food there was a lady in front of us.She walked with a cane,Her elderly mother was in the car.She was getting food for her and her mother.Not one,but three managers came up to her about what she was putting in her containers.They were very rude to her,and didnt believe her mom was in the car,Yet the Mayor of Portage had been there talking to her.We then took my son to Cicis yesterday after and easter egg hunt,No mind you,we had cards for buy one get one free..Even though it was suppose to be come in and eat free once a month,but whatever everyone loves FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.When we got in there the CASHIER acted like she didnt know what I was talking about.So 3 managers later and it was okd.When It should of been in the first place.I think there hasnt been much change in there.The food isnt any better.The service is horrible,The Managers have no clue what there doing and are VERY RUDE. Honestly I would rather get a 5.00 pizza from lil Ceasars,Tastes alot better, and you have a better quality of Employees.I was not impressed with it, I wasnt happy with the food,and DISGUSTED WITH MANAGEMENT.

sorry you feel this way but Cici's is the good for portage once you take a look at the big picture . the cards worth $70 a year worth of free pizza, and cici's employed 50 people from the area can you feel the impact on the labor market what you are paying is $5 for all what you can eat ,Cici's didn't promise you a steak and see food dinner-
