Poor service, especially from the owner. If he displays obnoxious un acceptable behaivor, what more can be expected from his waitstaff? Seems they believe you should just accept their errors either in placing your order or preparation... either that or expect to endure abuse. The most unbelievable, rudest staff EVER. I had been in on prior occassions, not a 5 star establishment by any means- but never as disgusting a display that was put on when I brought my son in for breakfast while visiting during his leave from Iraq. BRAVO.... you want to treat customers like they are at fault for expecting to receive what is actually ordered??!! Why give an option of ordering? Just going to bring what you want anyway and expect customers to do what?? Say oh yeah thats what I REALLY wanted... you know better than I do!!!! I would do McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts before ever entering this DIVE establishment again.
