I don't know about the rest of you, but I am getting sick and tired of the fast food restaurant business. In 1 week I have been to 4 fast food joints, including Burger King, and not one of them can get the order right. If you order a burger, the odds are you will get a burger, or sandwich, you did not order, won't get the burger at all, or if you have a special request, it will be ignored. You ask for onion rings and you get fries, or the fries are cold, or missing. Please do not have more than one meal, or order for more than your self, you may have half the food, or get the food from the car in front or behind you. To be more specific, I have specific, yet simple tastes. I order a Whopper Meal with coke, a double cheeseburger, two 4 piece nuggets and 2 value fries. Now it might be small, but what I got was a whopper meal, that was correct, a chesseburger meal(but not a kids' meal), the nuggets and fries. Last time I checked, I am not a child and a cheesebuger is not a double cheeeseburger. Now I have spent $13.00 on food that is not right. The fast food joints make sure they get their money up front, but do not have any concern for providing the service or product that is paid for. I have suggestion. How about you don't get paid until the food is right. How much extra money does the fast food industry make from customers who have paid fo their food and did not get what they paid for? My guess is millions. If I have paid for the $2.00 fries or the $3-4.00 sandwich, or the $1.49+ drink and don't get it, how do you get compensated for their mistake. You don't!! Its just their profit and your loss. How is that right?? I have just decided to become a chef or just to eat at home. It the best way.
I will never be back!!!!!!: I am in the service industry, so I know about customer service. I have never received such BAD customer service in my life. The employee at the drive-thru apparently didn't hear that I needed a 2nd Whopper Jr. No problem right? WRONG!!! The manager said that I'd have to drive around the building to order it. I had my 10 month old baby in the van with me and it was a very hot day. Not to mention the fact that there were only 2 cars in the drive-thru behind me. Not to mention the fact that it was only one burger that the employee didn't put on my original ticket. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is tired of getting bad customer service. I'm seriously considering writing a book to get my point across. The district office will be contacted when they open on Monday. I tried to reach them but apparently their weekend customers aren't as important as their weekday customers. Burger King lost my business permanently today!!!!!
