Incredibly poor customer service at this location. My husband went through the drive thru a few nights ago and ordered one item. When he got home with his food he realized they had given him the incorrect item. This happens from time to time and is frustrating but it is understandable. The item he ordered cost a lot more than the item he received so we phoned the restaurant. The manager said he would put his name on a list at the store and he could come back another day and they would give him the correct item. Two days later he drove to Burger King and explained the situation to the manager on duty. The manager claimed that his name was not in the book and would not help him. He literally said "There is nothing I can do. Go away." and made a "shooing" motion with his hands. Today my husband returned to the restaurant to get the manager's name as he planned to phone Burger King's corporate office. The manager flat out refused to give his name and again told him to "go away". I'm sorry, but I have worked n customer service for many years and this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer. Period. I will not be returning to this location.
