The Steak Mexicana is Fantastic! Every time I make it to Goldsboro to visit my sister (and family) and we decide to go out to eat, it has to be "Turbos" which is the code word for Toreros! If this place was ever checked out by a nationally recognized magazine, I'm sure they (Toreros) would rank in the top 10!
