    Roto-Rooter Service 10/26/2009. I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed and a bathtub drain replaced in order to get my home ready for sale. The technician (Steve) arrived quickly (less than an hour) and gave me a quote for the work. The technician was very friendly and did quality work.

    Roto-Rooter Service 10/16/2009. I called roto-rooter because our main sewer line blocked up on the house we moved into 2 days ago. The technician arrived at our house within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimated cost for repair. The repair was completed right then (10:30 on a Friday night!). The tech (Clinton) was very professional and the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the time of day. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs.

    We had a blocked main drain pike in our basement on a Sunday in Philadelphia that was causing some leaking and called for emergency service. Our technician, Nestor, ID 1604, arrived in about a half hour. We explained the problem and he took care of the issue in a very fast and effective manor. Nestor did a very good job and was very curtious, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and hope they would be lucky enough to get Nestor.
