    Horrible service: Agreed, called two of their branches and both had abrupt and impolite people picking up on the other end, and being difficult about giving information. I don't see how they expect to do business.

    Never want to call: Everytime i called this branch in Norristown, the lady (dont know her name)who answers the phone was very rude. She has no to patience answer your call and give information. and i felt like just bang the phone on her, when she was speaking so impolitelly. I would never want to call them again or take classes with them, even if they offer low price.
