    DMS cleaned our office in Norwalk and did an excellent job! The owner was very nice to deal with and their prices were fair. We have had many companies clean our carpets but they have never looked this good! I would recommend DMS to anyone.

    Made appointment, never showed up, took 3 hours to even get a call-back. Don't bother.

    We strive to make every appointment a pleasant one.However, last minute rescheduling request -on a customers part- can not always be accomidated.We do understand that moving can be very stressful from a scheduling stand point.
