    Andy has been a huge help to us!
    We first worked with her to purchase our first home in the Santa Cruz/Los Gatos Mountains. She helped us find the perfect home on the right side of "quirky." She also got us into a great loan.
    Several years later, we decided to take advantage of falling interest rates and went right back to her for a refinance and she made the process totally painless.
    Now, we are working with her to purchase more mountain property and she's been worth her weight in gold for all the help she's provided!
    I send anyone looking for an experienced agent familiar with the mountains directly to Andy!

    We've worked with Andy to purchase our home, re-fi & buy additional property. Each time Andy has done a spectacular job. She found the perfect house for us that fit our needs exactly. Andy knows the mountains and can help her clients find the right house. So, whether you are looking for a comfy, cozy secluded cabin or grand estate, Andy can find it for you & help you finance it.

    Andy knows the real estate business and treats her clients well.

    My husband and I were so impressed with Andy's expertise that we came back for repeat business. Our most recent venture included the sale of our home in Merced and a purchase of a new home in the same city. Andy held a number of open houses - even though she had to travel over 2 hours to reach our home.

    During our new home search, Andy helped us to identify problems and to get the best deal possible. She focused on our needs, rather than her own bank account. While many other agents seem to be out for themselves, it is clear that Andy has ethics that surpass many of her colleagues.

    We encourage all who want a smart, trusting agent to hire Andy Payne.
