THATS HOSPITALITY at the ( HITCHIN POST ) Just ask : STEVE SWIFT . HOWDY ALL . YES YOU CAN EVEN TIE UP YOUR HORSE OUT FRONT of the HITCHIN POST IF YOU RODE UP ON ONE ! GIT DOWN OUT OF YOUR SADDLE, SHAKE OFF THE DUST , OR GIT OUT OF THE RAIN ! TELL THEM HI FOR ME & if I am their we'll have a beer & or a pop of your choice . giddy up

    awsome resturaunt: I go to the Hitchin' Post at least once a week. Susan is a great owner. She knows exactly what I want to eat (and drink) even before I get in the door. Everyone is friendly and always willing to talk. I love going to the Hitchin' postin Matfield Green ,Kansas.
