Gotcha Towing Recovery

This towing company is the most unprofessional/nasty towing company ever!!! They towed my car from in front of my door. When I tried to call (right after) there was no answer. It was hard tracking where they were located to get the car because they have a P.O. Box listed instead of an address (not so brilliant). So, I had to ask someone in my complex where they were located since they had experienced the same thing. When I got there they told me that there was no one there to help me because my car wasn’t even at that location (which happens to be the closet location to where I live why they would bring it somewhere else that’s retarded). Not to mention when I came to pick up my car the next morning they had damaged my car. One of the workers, (Sabrina- if that’s her real name), who works there was extremely nasty and unprofessional. I was told a manager would call regarding the damages and I still haven’t received that call. It’s now Thursday and the incident happened Monday. When I called today the same nasty girl picked up and told me she gave the manger the message and hung up in my face. When I called back to get the name of the manager and owner she told me the owners full name but when I asked her for the mangers as well she told me she was the manager and gave me her first name but refused to give her last. What a genius if you are the manager and that’s whose suppose to call me back than you should be handling the situation more professionally. She truly showed that she was is an incompetent employee, that has no type of professionalism and makes the company look VERY bad. If that’s what they think is manger material than they got priorities mixed up at that place. Now I have filed a police report against them for property damage and I just might have to take them to court for this whole mess since no one wants to return my call. This is dumb because all they have to do is fix what they damaged and keep it moving. This would be cheaper and less time consuming on their part. But then again they have Sabrina the INCOMPETNENT MANAGER dealing with things.
