    Spring River Oaks is a great campsite for groups or just a couple going down for the weekend. Even though there are plenty of groups down there, the security guys keep everyone in check as far as the noise is concerned. But for floating, you can't find a better float trip. With cold water and a few 2 to 3 ft. drops (which keeps it interesting)you can't help but have a blast on this river. Be sure to stop at what is known as the "Guantlet" to watch the brave at heart try and run it. Trust me, you could sit there all day and cheer people on. Or help them when they don't make it. Either way, you'll love this spot.
