To avoid the construction on the Bridge of Lions in downtown St. Augustine, we recommend that patrons traveling to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre use the SR 312 Bridge. Parking: Location: Parking is located on-site at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and two satellite locations. The Elks Lodge located directly to the South of the Amphitheatre and RB Hunt Elementary School and soccer fields located 1/2 mile North of the Amphitheatre. Box Office Numbers: (904) 471-1965 Types of Payment Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Will Call: Location: right two windows of the box office Opens: 2 hour prior to show time Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and Ticketmaster account confirmation number in order to receive tickets. Accessible Seating: This is an accessible venue General Rules: Items NOT Allowed: - no weapons - no outside food/drinks - no animals - no skateboards - no heelys - no bicycles - no umbrellas - no strollers Smoking Policy: smoking IS permitted in certain areas.
