No pressure, no hassel, only very courteous and competent staff that made me a much better deal than I ever expected.I am very pleased with the staff and fine products.Would recommend to anyone.

Do not buy a used car from Bob Howard Honda!!!: Bob Howard Honda, the used car department, has ripped off many of my friends as well as me! Here is my story: My car was wrecked about nine month ago and I went in to Bob Howard Honda looking for a reliable used car for my wife and 9 month child: I bought a 97 civic, and traded in my 98 Oldsmobile.
Two days later I noticed that the AC wasnât working; the clutch started to go out (convenient!); and the tires where completely bold. So I brought it back to see if anything could be done: they wouldnât lift a finger; âsorry you bought it as is.â After a lot of rude comments and haggling, I finally got them to trade my car in and they sold me a dirty, paint chipped, 98 Honda, 130,000 miles, for 2,000 over normal retail! Since that time, 8 months, I have put 4,100 dollars in repairs.
I have given you an example of two cars that they claimed were; ânice, reliable cars.â Iâm not the only one, since that time I have personally talked to 6 college friends that have been ripped off by Bob Howard Honda. Please save yourself a lot of grief and run away.Comments (2)

What did you expect with a 130000 miles and why did you buy it if it looked so bad?? You have to use common sense.

I'm thinking of buying from this dealership. I've read of reviews that said they have free tinting from this dealership and I'm hoping for the same deal. At first my sales person said he can't do that but said that we can still talk about the price.Now he said that there's no room for negotiation anymore. Do you ask for tinting?
