User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsToday, after returning four times( in a nearly two month period) to this cleaners ( at the direction of the employee who does lwether/shoe repair) I was again told that my leather item was not ready. ( Each previous visit he had said it would be ready the following Monday. )(
Multple lies, no service, and no apology have gotten the best of me. They equal no more business on my part and I will take every opportunity to share my (sad) story with others.
I no longer have a shred of trust in Preston Cleaners of Harrisonburg, Virginia to conduct business on my behalf fairly, honestly, or in a timely manner.
