    I was very happy with the service from Roto Rooter. The gentleman was very professional and the price was reasonable. I am very thankful for the service and appreciated the free estimate also.

    After our basement/garage sewer backed up we called roto-rooter and they arrived within an hour. The serviceman, Chris, was very good and was able to run the rooter down through a clean out entry pipe in the garage that prior servicemen were unable to use due to a sharp 90 degree turn. This saved me having to remove a basement toilet for entry. Chris did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. We tested everything before he left and all appliances were draining without problem.

    Water in the cabinet under the kitchen sink - wife in tears - dishwasher full of dirty dishes - Ken (technician 5774) arrives within fifteen minutes of time promised - knows just what to do and does it - cleans up after he is done.

    I (and my wife) are very happy with Roto-Rooter.
