   The service there leaves alot to be desired.
   Unfortunately I sought care during my pregnancy. The 'prenatal' Doctor was away on maternity leave. unfortunately she was covered by a Doctor who specializes in another field. This doctor had no idea how to run the ultrasound machine, how far along I was and couldn't answer any questions. Sadly, the lack of professionalism/expertise doesn't end there. The nursing/cna staff and receptionists all behave as though they were home: laughing and talking loudly, the receptionist (M.) has no idea what "confidentiality" means. When a patient calls she repeats their private information, again, very loudly without regard for the person on the phone or the patients waiting. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I suggest you do the same!

   thank you: i am very glad that there is a primary care center on black rock ave. now i can go to a pediatrician near home and not have to travel so far to find such doctors who care so much about their communities. thank you very much
