Petcare goes above and beyond in the care they provide. Grooming, boarding,vet.services. We are happy with all that they provide. My pet used to have to be sedated when being groomed. She is now so comfortable she walks in tail a waggin to have her day at the spa!!! We couldnt be happier.

When my cat was injured and required stiches we immeaditely hopped in the car and called this vet to let them know we were on the way. They were at the time our primary vet and had seen our animals and provdided them with worming medicine and flea treatment. We were told that they were busy that day and since we didn't have an appointment we would have to wait. We waited 2 hours in a waiting room full of dogs with a cat which was bleeding from a cut on her leg and struggling to escape, which tore the cut open 3x the size it was originally. The stitches took all of 10 minutes from taking her from us to recovery, but there was no way to squeeze us in sooner or offer us a different room. On top of that the office manager insisted on charging for a blood test to assess the cat's general health and a worm test - again, we knew there were no worms as we purchesed worming medication from them previously. Needless to say we switched to a vet who would be more responsive to an emergency than this so-called "hospital" and who doesn't charge for frivolous testing.
