This dealership is definately a crooked dealership.There business practice is unethical and untrustworthy.I'll explain my horror story with them.
I ordered the 2010 Camaro 2SS on Nov 1st,2008 and made a down payment towards the vehicle.The total price of the car was $38,680 and the paperwork shows that amount.
When the car arrived unexpectedly ,which was on May 28th,I informed the salesman that it would take about a week for me to get the money to pay off the balance.In the meanwhile I gave them another payment of $15000.However,the salesman kept calling me and said that the sales manager,a real jerk,is threatening to sell the car unless I brought the cash immediately.They already had more than half the amount with them.Then they said that if I wanted the car,I had to pay them an additional $5000,or the car will be sold to the next customer.They wouldn't take a check from me,even though I told them to keep the car until the check cleared..When I finally got the cashiers check,I went to collect the car,I was informed that the car had been sold.I waited 6 months for the car and they couldn't wait a couple of days.The sales manager w is a real crook and should not be trusted.
Never,ever buy a car from them.They don't honor contracts and have no customer service.I checked their record with the better Business Bureau and they've had 8 complaints against them.
AVOID THESE CROOKS. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.
I did not buy my SUV w/ Martin but I have had them service it. I purchased an extended warranty for $1400 from Martin and here is where the problems are. I had an issue or 2 with some of the repairs that they did and they failed. They claim to guarantee their work but really they dont they refused to take care of one of the issues.
I got the slimy bs excuse that a "computer" tells them they cannot do a repair w/o charging for it. Ok no-one believess anything a car salesman says but this is just ridiculous. Be careful.
The dealership is loosing its customers, so they are relying on their service dept. to gauge people who had no choice but to repair their cars. Even after that, if they scratched/dent your car they will not be responsible for it.
