Beware: How could you tell my 50 year old mother "Your wheels will fall off if you don't get your brakes fixed now!" They quoted her over 400 to repair the brakes. My husband took it ot Tires Plus in Olathe and they fixed the brakes and gave us a lifetime warranty for 140. I would not recommend Smith Specialty to anyone. I will be reporting Smith Specialty's shady practices to the Better Business Bureau and AAA. I wonder why they tried to delete this? Are they ashame?
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNew Look: Always new faces when I come in. never feel like I got the same person working on my car. Dave never seems to have time to talk to me. Has even ignored me by sitting and talking on the phone. I think I'll be looking for a new shop with friendly faces.

We have never had a customer named Travis. If I hurt his feelings by talking to customers on the phone or working on cars instead of talking to him, I apologize. Chris has worked for me for 4 years and is always ready to talk to the people that come in.
