We bought a new fully-loaded 2006 Sienna from Josh Black in '06. Josh was great, he was knowledgeable and very helpful in our purchashing this vehicle. As for getting a good deal- we got that too! It's 2008, and we're still loving our vehicle, especially when travelling.
I bought a 2008 Scion xB last year, and they did a good job of working out the financing, etc. Good but not thrilling. Service dept doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling, but all we have had there so far is oil changes. Service writer seemed a little clueless. I may use another dealership for future work.
This $tealership would not know how to service a vehicle even if you gave them a copy of idiots guide to auto repair book; this would require them to actually read. If you want your vehicle to decrease in value due to negligent repair work, take it to Neill-Sandler Toyota! Your life is in there incompetent hands. I trust any other Toyota dealership but not this one. Toyotas are great vehicles, dependable, and hold their resale value - unless you take it to Neill-Sandler $tealership.
Check your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well as Tennessee Department of Consumer Affairs for supporting documentation of negligent repairs.
