    Just plain bad service! Asked to put a car on hold (the car was coming from Bakersfield from an auction) come to find out when we called back someone was test driving the car.Was also quoted a price with our trade in and when we came back had to deal with a different sales person and the price went up $6000! They did not want to work with us at all very unprofessional !!

    They are such cheaters here. When I first got my Acura, I went to Elk Grove Acura Service and parts center there. I bought a used car from a private party and the person didn’t have the keys for the wheel lock. I went in and they told me that I have to buy a whole new set. I called Niello Acura later and they told me that they could just match the key and I wouldn’t have to buy the set.

    Then I called to get a quote for a service for my car at both Niello and Elk Grove Acura. The Elk Grove Service wanted 3 times as much for the same exact service! BS, don’t go there! Niello is way more reasonable and even though they try to get you to upgrade on a few things, they are much more trustworthy than Elk Grove.
