I was recommended to Dr. Raffael after rescuing two kittens that I now adore. My first impression when I stepped into the office was a very strong chemical order, they must have had to disinfect but the smell was too strong and offensive, this coming from a person like my self who likes to sanitize and boils her kitchen sponge. I felt I was sufficating but it was my first time there.
When I met Dr. Raffael I liked him. He allowed me to ask all my questions, did not interupt and even asked me later if I had any further questions. He was very patient and curtious, he also looked me right in the eyes which I appreciate as well. My only problem is, I called to ask a very important question about spaying my cats and its been about a month and still no call back. I left the message with two different receptionist and made sure he received it but still no call back. When a Dr takes a minute to return my phone call it says a lot, so I am still a little "ify" on him and giving him a little more time to get to know him. Call backs are important to me, very important and I am not planning to take an hour of his time on the phone either.

This place is the best. I've been taking our dog to Dr. Rafael for 8 years now. So far our female has had a couple of major things come up, and he's always treated both our dog and us with great care. Once when our dog needed some more expensive medicine, I shopped online and got it cheaper (entirlypets.com) and Dr. was glad I could find it cheaper. They have a new receptionist who is really nice. These people remember you, which also says a lot. This place certainly is nothing fancy, but I'll take great care over nice digs any day. We always recommend Animal Care Clinic to anyone who buys one of our puppies.

I love this clinic I would not take my pets anyplace elase they are afordable and care about not only the pets but for the owner too. I would def. recomend this clinic to anyone and everyone.
