My son was referred there for wisdom teeth extraction, went there for consult appt, which was like 1 minute long. Of course they got paid!, they said they would send off the authorization for the surgery for approval, come find out five weeks later by the insurance that they never sent anything, meanwhile my son is in lots of pain. They also lied to me telling me that the ins had authorized emerg. extraction when the ins doesn't do that, and they also told me they had mailed the original xrays and they didnt as i also picked them up as I am going to go to another surgeon in Sacramento who probably knows what he's doing as well as his office staff and management. Dont go to Smilecare, who knows what kind of service you will get and not to mention your children as you can't be back there when they are undergoing surgery. Better safe than Sorry. On another occasion, they charged me $100 for putting my son under, and didn't disclose this to me until he was put under, even after verifying with then previously if I had to pay any co payments. Clearly they are not the most competent dental office out there. Good luck to anyone, but this was my experience TWICE!!.

This Dental office is the worst office ever! They hire dentist who don't know how to communicate in english at all be aware if you want to keep your teeth stay away from this office.
