    Most thorough inspection: Recently had this pest inspector look at a home for a real estate transaction. He was extremely thorough. He crawled around an almost non-existant space under the house to make sure the little "buggers" weren't there. I've been a licensed Realtor for over 17 years and Joe was one of the best inspectors I've come across. Another factor, although not quite as important in the big picture, but an important factor for me, was that he was hired to do the inspection and made arrangements to be at the location two days later - no lag time; and arrived promptly at the designated time.

    I highly recommend this provider.
