User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIF you are looking for a clinic that cares about their patients this one is for you. I have been going there for 3 years. I couldn't reccommend a better Urgent Care. The compassion the staff has for it's patients is as wonderful as the medical care that is given. As far as the reviews below, I think maybe they should make sure they have their information correct, before they say things they aren't sure are true.

I do not recommend using Piney Flats Urgent Care.
I went in on a Sunday, I waited for about 2 to 3 hours. Finally I got to see the doctor he looked
at me, told me I had the flu, charged me, sent me home. I went to a Doctor the following Monday. Found out I had Strep throat and an abcess on my tonsil.
I was on meds for about 6 weeks. -

I do not recommend this urgent care. My husband took our son there due to his regular doctor's office was booked up - the physician on duty referred him to the ER because he thought he was covered by TENN CARE - yes he did have TENN CARE - as a second insurance he had a private insurance that was primary! The bottom line (as always) was MONEY.
If you read the last review - I believe the doctor on duty was the son of the office worker. The really sad part is I made the mistake of sending my family to this urgent care facility to avoid tying up the ER for something that could be handled at this type of facility. I wasn't able to go with my son and husband (I was working )- I would have been happy to have shared my opinion of the facility and the "give me money upfront or leave" physician.

I know any doctor in this urgent care would not send a patient to the ER because they have Tenn Care or no money. They will help you in any way they can. I know this from personal experience. They see people with Tenn Care all the time. I know that they can't take a certain Tenn Care. Anyone with this Insurance HAS to see their regular doctor or go to the ER.
