This guy is great. He is so jolly and a heck of a good othodonist. Well that is if you can get past his money hungry, hateful wife at the front desk. If she don't tell you ten times, she will tell twenty you will pay up front and what the insurance don't pay you will pay every last penny of it. It would not be so bad if she was not be so rude and hateful about it. God forbid you need to change an appointment time, that is just too hard for her to do. If you need an excuse for school you need to give her a days notice because she is so busy filling her nails to stop. The way she talks to the employees there is not so professional either. You can tell she is the boss and they are the hired the help. I don't know how that poor man puts up with it, but I guess you can't fire your wife. He would do better if he had someone running the front desk, who if they make a mistake will not find someway to blame everyone but herself. My kids love the doc, but we will not go back because of the way she treated us. If you have state insurance,well you are trash there so expect to be treated that way.
