I had been referred to Grisham's by a friend after a BIG NAME SERVICE CENTER tried to flush the transmission fluid in my suv and the could not get the line loose. But while attempting to loosen the trans. line, they were successful in tearing the line and didn't notice it. As I drove my car the rest of the way home it began to smoke,rev up, and wouldnt change gears. Upon inspection by their tech guy, he decided that they messed up the line and would replace it and refill the transmission with fluid and all would be fine. Yes, they did replace the line and fill the transmission back up with fluid, but the transmission would still not shift gears, they then decided to let me take it to a transmission center and let a PRO take a look to determine if what had occured was their fault or just a coincident that the tranny went bad at the same time. Well to make a long story short, Harold and the gang at Grisham's had no problem showing their inspector that what had occured was due to loss of fluid PERIOD. So it was on the Lube Center to pay for the repair. The guys there were absolute PROS!!! Once they got the go ahead to fix the car, I had it back in 2 days!!! If not for their help and knowledge, I would have been stuck with footing the bill for someone elses mistake. At the end of the day, my car was fixed by Grisham's and has drove like a champ ever since!!! To the crew at Grisham's, I can't thank you enough for everything you guys did for me!!! Anyone out there who ever has a problem with your transmission, there is only one place to go have it taken care of..Grisham's Transmission Center!!!!!!!!
