I find it strange that the majority of people on here are commenting on the business, the people, and their own personal problems. I mean really? What does that have to do with the Coffee? If you don't enjoy the job you have then find a new one. If you don't like the people then don't associate with them. I don't know any of the people that work at Dakota's but I know that their Coffee is AMAZING. I have been there several times and have never had any issues with their customer service. I am originally from Seattle and we have a Starbucks on nearly every corner. I would much rather go to Dakota's any day of the week. I would like to say one thing to all of the people who are hesitant about visiting Dakota's go there see if you like it and make up your own mind. If you don't like it then you can simply not return.

Thats so funny there are all these bad reviews about this Naomi girl..I've recently learned she is sleeping with a married man that works there.!! Insane..Why hasn't she been fired already? Think the supervisor needs to keep an eye on his employees. To much drama involved in that business from what I read.
Oh and they need uniforms, too much skin showing and for my kids to be seeing!!

I am new to enterprise and have yet to find a place that can make a decent mocha, (and where I come from "iced mocha" is not a blended mocha). A friend suggested this place, and so I looked it up to get the address so I could plug it into the GPS and give them a try. I noticed the reviews and after reading them I can say that I am completely turned off. I think it is extremely unprofessional for an employee to even participate in what amounts to an online version of complete childish mud-slinging. Sometimes silence says a lot more, and shows more class than aknowledging the name-calling. If the whole firing was not justified as the family claims, then let me say to the family that you are choosing a forum and a manner of expression that is taking away credibility to your claims. If you have a valid complaint, take it to your local labor board. Well so much for this place, I guess I will just have to make my own espresso. I am not a huge Starbucks (five-bucks) fan, but I am hoping they will build one here soon! Or if the world were perfect there would be a Sorbenots coffee shop (Oregon Chai, and the best coffee ever!)
