User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy car is at the dealer body shop right now, and I am getting lousy cust. service from the Body Shop. They ordered a part, and 2 hours before days end, the part is still not there. Which means my car isn't ready today as promised. So the Body Shop told me to just come and pick up the car. Rude, yes. Will not go back and will not recommend. Let's see how it goes tomorrow when I pick up the car. And since they won't shuttle me to work, as a courtesy, I will be late to work. And it's no ones fault, of course. Wow.
I picked the wrong Body shop, will try a different one next time, definetly not returning, other than to pick up my car.
I will update my comment tom. after I pick up my car.
