User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I would not go to anyone else with our family member. Dr. Kimm, and the entire staff are the most caring, compassionate, people. Truly professional, know each animal, and treat all of them with respect, and handle them with the utmost care.
Our Yoda of 16 years would not of made it 1 week if it were not for Tobi Kimm. I want to thank you Tobi, for all that you did for our Yoda, and for Dave and I as well. 16 + yrs later. Yoda lived to be a gereatric kitty.
What a true testimint to yours , and our care.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDr.Kimm is most definitely the best vet around here. I brought all my animals to him but haven't seen him in years. He now happens to be the stepdad of one of my close friends. I brought my hamster down there after hours thanks to my friend calling him for me, she had been very sick and couldnt stand and her sides looked all lumpy and caved in. I brought her there and he immediately knew she had a tumor, he put her to sleep for me no charge. He's a very compassionate doctor and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Let me start off by saying there may be a wait.. if you call ahead of time you may be able to adjust your time and appointment. It may be because there has been an emergency earlier and belive me there is knowone like Doc Kimm to be there for you in a crisis.I have known Doctor Kimm for over 30 years (Wow we are old) and he has never changed the level of love and care and attention he gives to his patients.He also has an accute understanding for their parents and the pain we go thru loving,living and even lossing our beloved pets.I could never trust anyone elses hands or heart when it comes to the care my pets get at ragged mountain.Staffing is a very important part of this hospital.Doc Kimm and his associate could not do the job without a caring staff. Even when it is stressfull as I am sure it is many times, they dont loose their cool.keep up your good work , and try to get another doctor in there. hint,hint!!
