User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBEWARE of Jeep ! I have three window regulators that broke within three months and no help from Jeep. After seeing thousands of people with the same issue online I asked, WHY? same make/year model as I have, with same issue, and no recall? Jeep customer service was rude and offered no help. $300 per window ladies and gentlemen, yes $300. I have filed a complaint with my state consumer protection agency as well as the NHTSA.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWent there today to buy an 08 program van they ran in the paper. Even though the ad came out today and I was there bright and early, it was already sold. (imagine that). Tried to switch me to 08 vans with almost 40,000 miles on them. Left there and drove to baton rouge and bought an 08 with just over 15,000 miles for less money than they wanted for their high mileage vans. Stay away....
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMe and my wife biught a vehicle from this dealership. even then the deal was kind of shady. Trying for the second time because of credit runs (don't let them run it more than three times)I tried to buy a used truck. I bought my last one on my own credit, they asked for my wife's credit, so they ran hers and dinged her credit report like mine, dropping our credit score. I did not hear from them till I called 3 times a week and a half later. They told me I needed a cosigner. They have lost their mind.Do not do bussiness with these people. I will put my name on this.DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are a ripoff.
