I have rented a home threw this property management to only have nothing but problems. I was told bt Shelly that the HOA here left people alone, not true! they come into our yard when ever they want, have asked for us to plant more colorful plants that they will approve which ones, wanted to take cuttings off our cactus's to plant in her own yard. We had a problem with the heating unit when we moved in, called available properties and Shelly cell phone to many ties to count and nothing got taken care of till we had a $1,200.00 electric bill within two mmonths to pay because of a problem with the unit, and even then we had to contact the owner to fix this and he held us responsible for the bill even though his unit caused this and come to find out he had this problem before with the unit. Leaking roof, same problem with Shelly, no calls back. My rental reciept was never right, it always showed that i oewd hundreds of dollors when ut should show 0. asked several times for this to be fixed, never happened. This is a coompany people need to beware of in every way. our owner has fired them but at the same time given the home to another company here in town with the same kind of reputation... I will be finding a owner of a home that wants to deal one on one with us when this lease is up.. anuff is anuff...... This small town i hate to say has alot of companys that take advantage of people and rip them off..... it is just to sad
