User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAbsolutely horrible experience with Mike's Furniture. I ordered part of a bunk bed from them almost 3 months ago and am finally getting the last parts in tomorrow. From the beginning they hadn't said anything about this possibly happening yet it did and I find it extremely difficult to believe that they had nothing to do with it. They just didn't care. The only time I got any information about the whole process is when I called THEM or when I actually went there again only to receive part of the bed because the other part had somehow gotten damaged while it was in the warehouse. During the process, they claimed they had tried to call me at two different times yet mysteriously I have no call history of them ever calling (seriously, I definitly have the call logs to prove it too.) Don't expect these guys to be all that great if you decide to shop there. Even if you have a good experience with them, I guarentee there are others that for some reason they just didn't care that much about.

Very attentive, polite, professional with a downhome flavor. Good prices, nice furniture and they deliver and setup. Mike and his family are friendly and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe enjoyed the experience.: I spoke to mike himself and he was very kind and informative. my wife and I are having to furnish a complete home due to hurricane Rita. The items he showed us were quality and the Ashley line had some very nice items. We will refer others to his store.
