Harvard Eye is about making money.My Mother at the age of 85 was talked into paying $6,000.00 for cataract lenses.After the cataract surgeries she was told that she may need hearing aids at a cost of $6,000.00. When did EYE doctors start selling hearing aids?? Now she is paying Care Credit monthly for lenses she did not need. MEDICARE pays the doctors for a standard lens but do you get the credit? No. So they get $400.00 from Medicare plus $3,000.00 from the patient. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT WHAT IS BEST FOR THE PATIENT.
