This is an AWESOME gym! I have found everything that I have needed here and for such a great rate! Where do I start with this gym? The range of cardio machines is amazing. They have treadmills, steppers, elliptical and more! 20 minutes on the elliptical and you will be feeling the burn! Then they have machines as well to help you tone...which are all working. And classes? They will get you sweating and increase energy within minutes. They do person training too. A free orientation and program is available to you when you join to get you started and on the path to health and fitness! All of this and for just a flat rate of $20 a month! Who could complain? Join today for only $4.95 per week but hurry they only have 50 memberships available at this low price!

Great Gym!! They have everyhing you need. Tanning daycare classes.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsToo many people, too much blah, blah, blah: Became a member when it first opened. The machine and free weight choice is great. The cardio equipment is great. The staff are friendly. Eventually it just became extremely overcrowded. Too many cell phone users and dating games hanging around the machines you would like to use at some point that day. Nevermind those whose muscles are big, ligaments are small and whose acne is enough to keep you off the bench they just used. I had enough...
