Stephen J Repoza Tree Service

I'm looking to get trees trimmed, or what I've now learned is "cutting back." I called Stephen J Repoza and left a message with his answer service 9 days ago, still no phone call. I don't think that's good business.

A five star tree service. Here's why:

I am SO glad to have noticed Mr. Repoza's ad in the town crier. I called him a few weeks ago, left a message on his voice mail and he returned the call that evening (first star).

He said he would drop by next day at 4:30 PM; he arrived on time (second star).

I showed him the six trees I wanted removed. He said he charges by the hour, I said I was a bit uncomfortable with that because I'd had contractors (carpenters, plumbers, et al) in the past who had gone well over the initial quote. He said not to worry "I'll show up at 8:30 and by 2:30 I'll be out of here". And that's exactly what happened (third star).

He said "I want you to be home that day so that you can appreciate the work we do" so I stayed home and watched him cut those trees down, one by one. One of the oaks was very close to the house, just a few feet away, actually, with two large branches arching over the roof. I was amazed to see how easily (and carefully) Mr. Repoza cut those branches down without touching the roof or the siding (fourth star).

While he cut the trees his crew worked hard removing branches and logs and tidying up the grounds; they were very careful not to step on my flowering plants and groundcovers (fifth star).

At 2:28 PM I handed Mr. Repoza a check and told him that he could use me as a reference anytime.

I was extremely happy with the service Stephen Repoza and his crew provided. They are very experienced, dependable and courteous professionals.

We were so pleased with the service from Steve Repoza and his crew. What a wonderful, professional job they did taking down trees and trimming back branches. I was told by a neighbor that they would clean up so well that we would never know they had been there. I didn't believe them until I saw it for myself. I literally did not have to do any picking up after they left. They were unbelievably courteous as well. I will be hiring them again.
