User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest vet by far. They go above and beyond in all situations. They understand that while you love your animal, you may be conscious of the cost of treatment. I went this week and saw Dr. hallisley for an issue with my poodle. Not only did he see us immediately, but he spent 2+ hours with me working with my dog to figure out what was wrong and explaining to me each test he was performing and why. Kim, Dr. Rosenblatt, Dr. Hallisley and all the others are wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.

Can't compare this to any other vet I know. I only know Dr. Jarbeau and Dr. Susan - both are so caring and kind - and they tell you everything ahead of time so there are no financial surprises. As a client with an older cat this was important to me. We had not seen a vet in a long time - my cat (a former stray) had no vaccine history and possibly has something major league wrong with her. We came in once on an emergency (lots of vomiting) and then came back for a follow up visit. I did not opt to have x-rays or ultra-sound as those options were too expensive for me. But both Dr's explained that my old girl could have a blockage. When I was there I met Big Mama a big sweet black cat that had been surrendered. She was so friendly! I am applying for Care Credit - on the advice of some of the workers at Kindness in the event that my old girl does need costly work. Still processing her being sick - but it made me happy to see Big Mama, and to know she had a place to be!

OMG - Best vets around! Dr. Jeff Garbeau took such good care of my pet rat! They took me after hours when I walked in on a Thursday night. Turns out my rat has a respiratory problem. The receptionist Lauren was so nice and so was Dr. Jeff! Ratman is doing better now! I need to make a follow up appt, and forgot the phone number. This web review site came up when I was trying to find a number and I could not resist writing a review. If I could give 100 stars I would! We will be in soon Dr. Jeff, thanks again for being so thorough and so kind!

wow bruin you seem to know alot about the hospital kinda like you worked there -aww disgruntled employee--- dont listen to this guy hes just pissed off cause he couldnt hold a job. ive been bringing all my animals here for 10 years and have had them save my big dogs life a few times. theyre wonderful.
yeah bruin, aka jerry. a bit bitter? using this site as a way to get back at your former employer? Kindness saved my dog's life. sure, there are other animal hospitals around. i happen to go to this one, and my first visit was because my dog had a rare disease that no other vet up til now could diagnose. they take time to listen and work within your budget constraints. and they rehome surrendered animals that no one else wants. you just sound discgruntled, like an ex-employee who was laid off or something like that.
excuse me banpuppymills who do you think you are talking to. why don t you identify yourself to me or are you to scared to face the music. i am getting back at nothing that is how i see kindness animal hospital they didn t take good care of my pet and the place stunk of cat urine as soon as you walk in. DO you want ur beloved pet having surgery where they have cats walking around peeing in the surgery room. that to me is gross. Chew on that banpuppymills. P.S think before you write something that you cant back up.
