A Diamond Limousine

Hired them for my boyfriend's birthday on Tuesday. We had the luxury of having our limo upgraded at no extra cost. Karen on the phones was great with setting up the reservation. we were having a great time, and had a great limo driver, when in the middle of the evening we find out that the driver is George, the owner himself. We had a great time and George did everything he could to help us enjoy our night. If anyone wants a reference they can email me anytime ktj329@yahoo.com I will definately refer everyone I know to this company.

They don't even deserve 1 star! George is a very rude person, we used them for our daughter's prom, and they were horrible, 1/2 hr. before they were due to arrive they called and said they had mechanical problems with the limo the kids rented and the were sending another one, but of course it's not the one that they requested and "paid" for. It was smaller and didn't have the capacity to hold all the kids, so...they sent a damn SUV along with it. Wow an suv so some of the kids road in that instead of the limo that they "paid" for. I asked the limo driver if they would like directions, I had them all printed out because it was crutual that they got there in time, they were getting on a boat and it was leaving at a certain time. "Oh no we know where we're going" he said. Well naturally they got lost and one of the kids had to get directions off their phone. (How sad is that) so then George (I called to complain) Said, call me on Monday and we'll discuss a reimbursement for the prom because they didn't get the limo that they "paid" for. Well I called and called and called....you get the picture, no one answered and no one ever returned my calls. So needless to say the kids did not get any money back, for not riding in the limo that they "paid" for. I don't see how this guy stays in business, he is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. (thank god never met) DO NOT USE DESTINY LIMO IN BLACKSTONE,MA (ya they moved they're not in Bellingham anymore) They need to leave Blackstone, we do not need scum like that in our town!

Me and my husband chose to use destiny limo for our wedding. Biggest mistake! When i had called to reserve the limo for that day george the owner answered he was not the most plesant to speak to and i was told that a limo package was for a min of 4 hours, which was not that big of a deal i didnt think i would need it that long but just incase anyways. I told George we would need the limo for my house to about 4mins down the road to the church, then for about 1hr to wait outside and then to hall so maybe a total of 2 1/2hrs. He said that was fine,my wedding took a 1 1/2 hrs instead and when i got outside instead of congrats, he told me b/c he didnt think i needed the whole 4hrs (which i paid for) he booked another party and needed to be there in 30mins so i wasnt going to have time to take pictures :( its pretty bad when the day i am suppose to be the happiest i am crying. We got to the reception 5 mins down the road and he doesnt open the door and then gets out looking for a tip, now mind you when i called and made the reservation i included the tip in the price and it was charged. i told him this and he said i know but then took off all mad like he thought i was going to forget. I would never use them or tell anyone else too.
