KFC/Taco Bell in Hudson Ma.
The service there used to be acceptable until they changed the set-up, I had the worst experience ever in there a few weeks ago. There where 4 people in line in front of me and a few others waiting for their food and they looked angry, about 6 people in the kitchen. It took them 20 minutes to get to me, of those 20 minutes 10 of them I was standing in front of the cash register with no one attending it. I placed my order, and noticed that only one person "register guy" was making the food for the in restaurant people and the other 5 where doing the drive thru, people where leaving the line and going thru the drive thru and coming inside to eat. I had been in there for 45 minutes now and the angry people that where waiting way before me where still there. Finally 58 minutes later I get my meal and since I just wanted to get the heck out of there I didn't check if the order was ok. I get home and the first thing I noticed is that the grilled chicken is almost white and that the breast that I paid for, was a thigh and I was missing 3 chicken stripps and the popcorn chicken, basically I paid almost $8.00 for a small coleslaw a buiscuit and thigh that was not fully cooked. This was not the first time this happened, it was the second time something similar happened but I tought maybe they had all new people working there. I was so angry that I contacted kfc, taco bell and other people that had to do with that particular restaurant, I never heard back from them. I have never been back nor plan to go back until they fix it. If you work there, please tell them to divide the help not just concentrate on drive thru, and that making the stuff in one side and having to walk all the way around the kitchen to heat it up is not productive, change it back to how it was. You prepare the stuff on the paper not on the dirty counter and then put on the paper, you wait till the food is done, don't just shrug your shoulders and pull it out anyways.

Every time I go into this KFC/Taco Bell, there is an issue with improperly made food and poor customer service. The employees are poorly trained, and the management doesn't seem to care if your experience is good or not. I have been going to this KFC/Taco Bell for several years, as it is convenient to my home, but I do not think I will be patronizing them from now on. I do not condemn the whole franchise, as there are many good KFC/Taco Bell locations, but I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
